Better conversations lead to better decisions.
Getting the right people in a room is easy. Getting them to actually think together is harder.
I facilitate workshops and strategic working sessions where the goal is not to have a nice conversation, but to make progress.
I create the structure, ask the questions, keep the discussion moving and make sure different perspectives get heard – without letting the loudest voice take over the room.
My job is not to have the answers. It is to help the group find better ones.

Where facilitation can help
Strategy sessions
When a strategy needs to be built, challenged or brought back to life, the quality of the conversation matters.
I facilitate strategic sessions that help teams step out of day-to-day operations, look at the bigger picture and make the choices that move the business forward.
This can be part of a longer strategy process or a focused session around one strategic question.
Typical topics: strategy, positioning, growth, priorities, competitive advantage and strategic choices
Leadership workshops
Some of the most important conversations in an organisation are also the ones people tend to avoid.
I help leadership teams have those conversations – with enough structure to get somewhere and enough space to say what actually needs to be said.
The focus can be alignment, a difficult decision, a new direction, organisational challenges or simply getting the leadership team to think beyond their own functions.
Typical topics: alignment, decision-making, leadership challenges, change and organisational priorities
Team workshops
A team does not become aligned because everyone has nodded in the same meeting.
I design and facilitate working sessions that help teams build a shared understanding, challenge assumptions and agree on what happens next. The format depends on the goal – from a focused half-day session to a full-day workshop or a series of sessions.
Typical topics: team alignment, ways of working, problem-solving, priorities and collaboration
Custom sessions
Sometimes you know there is an issue. You just do not yet know what the right conversation around it looks like.
That is where we start.
I help define the real question, design the process around it and facilitate the session from preparation to follow-up.
No off-the-shelf workshop. No unnecessary exercises. Just the right structure for the conversation you actually need to have.

The room matters. So does what happens after it.
A good workshop can feel productive.
A great one changes what people understand, decide or do.
That is what I am aiming for.
